Our guest suites are a unique amenity that we are happy to be able to offer to our residents! There are two 2 bedroom suites available for rent by residents that want to welcome friends or family to enjoy our historic space at The Lofts at Hawthorne Mill. With all the comforts of home and the convenience of being in your own apartment community, these short-term furnished rentals are a great alternative to hotels when you have visitors coming to Charlotte. Guest suites are in high demand during summer and holidays; we recommend booking in advance to ensure that you can secure the dates that you need!

The Fine Details
- Two two-bedroom furnished guest suites available
- Guest suites contain all linens, toiletries, towels, and kitchenware needed
- 2-night minimum stays
- Access to guest parking lot included
- Guests will have access to the gym and pool when open
- Residents or their guests must complete a rental agreement and verification process with Rabbu in order to rent guest suites
- Sorry, our guest suites are not pet friendly
